Krispy Kreme New Lynn — Restaurant in Whau

I visited Krispy Kreme New Lynn for the first time to buy some donuts as a treat for my daughter, but the experience was shocking. I asked the staff for whatever donuts were on special and told them they were for my daughter. They handed me a box, and when I asked if they were suitable for kids, I was assured they were.

However, when we got home, my kids opened the box to find out they were actually “Doggie Doughnuts” – literally dog food! I immediately called the store to return the product and request a refund. But the manager’s response was unbelievably rude. Not only did he refuse to issue a refund, but he also kept talking over me the entire time. He wouldn’t listen to my explanation at all, and I had to repeatedly ask him to stop interrupting and let me speak. Despite my efforts, he showed no willingness to resolve the issue or acknowledge their mistake.

The way the manager handled this situation was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I can't understand why Krispy Kreme would sell pet food in a donut shop without making that clear to customers. This experience left a really bad impression, and I will not be visiting this store or any of its branches again. Very...

I'm just sooo disappointed in their food...

I'm a huge doughnut fan and forever loved Dunkin' Doughnuts. But eventually got onto to Krispy Kreme cause my wife loved them so much. But the last 4 times I've been their doughnuts taste like sooooooo much sugar with no gourmet balance of flavour. Just pure gross sweetness. Sickeningly sweet.

And every time we get the thick shake for our boy with a combo. Why does their thick shake machine suck sooooooo bad. Is it that the staff are amateur at using it? Cheap materials? Just terrible ingredients? I don't know why it's icey every single time! The first time I complained and they said it shouldn't be and refunded me. But now after getting the same terrible shake 4 times, I think they're meant to be this horrible...

I am so terribly disappointed. This place has potential to be a 4.7 star or higher main attraction of New Lynn. But it's good quality is just an absolute let down. Not worth the money....

Have been here a few times with excellent service and great donuts. However last night I thought id treat my kids to a dozen assorted donuts, the drive thru lady was lovely we asked is that one of each, yes she replied or you can pick your own. Ok great we asked for one of each bar 3 types (so 3 would have 2) no problem she said. And 4x kreme shakes. Close to $60. Cool pull up pay she is lovely. However the person we got the donuts and passed them to us was extremely rude and her attitude was disgusting after I questioned why we have 2 each of only 5 flavors her reply was we ran out (what even of the glazed donut) what do you want me to do? Um wow that's terrible customer service "WE ALL READY HAVE THEM IN OUR HANDS SO I GUESS WHAT WE WANT IS YOU TO TELL PEOPLE WHEN ORDERING THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 6TYPES AVAILABLE)" she just rolled her eyes and walked off. This type of behavior will lose you...
