I came for dinner without any reservation and I've been waiting in queue for just a couple of minutes... but even a 3 hour long queue would have been worth the wait. Before getting to the place I already had the feeling that the dinner would've been amazing, the neighborhood was so nice and in the drizzle I felt in a Studio Ghibli animation.

I had my meal in a shared table (8 ppl). The atmosphere inside was unreal, I have never experienced such an authentic and cozy dinner. All the staff was very kind, explaining me the dishes and trying to show me new ingredients that I've never seen before.

The food was incredibly good, I tasted the best udon I've ever had in my life, and the duck was delicious as well. Everything was for a super (but really super) reasonable price.

I wish I could come back every day, thank you thank you thank you. Greetings from Italy, and hope to see...

It was a superb dinner in a very nice atmosphere. It is hidden in a quiet residential area but located close enough from the station (about 3 min walk away). The restaurant offered us a nice Japanese garden view from where we sat. We were sat at a long table together with other customers but I felt cozy. If you are a type of person who like privacy at a dinner table, you might not like it. All the meals I tried were great. They have many small dishes that are typically served at izakaya along with their speciality - udon! I recommend this restaurant especially to foreign travellers to Tokyo for its authentic Japanese...

The best Udon and Gomadoju (sesame tofu) I had in Japan. I stood in line before lunch time and ate Gomadoju, which is only served 10 times a day. A unique food that was so chewy that it was hard to believe it was tofu and full of the nutty flavor of sesame seeds. It was the most unique and delicious new food I've tried recently. The noodles of the cold Udon were so chewy that it felt like eating squid. The udon broth was also perfect. The Tempura set were also very impressive, and the seasonal cheese tempura were also very special. An unforgettable meal in Japan! +Atmosphere of the traditional old Japanese house were...
