Went there twice. First time was great. Second time smoothies were great but unfortunately three things regarding customer service weren't good. First thing, the people were so unfriendly and seemed like they didn't want to serve you at all. Secondly, sadly the tipping is seeing like a given. We had to pay 230 NIO for 2 smoothies. I said 230 NIO, we paid 530 NIO and got back 295. Yes, it's only a 5 NIO tip but I don't like that they take it as a given and especially when they are not particularly friendly at all and I told them I want to pay 230 because tipping is on a voluntary basis. Then finally got the evergreen smoothie. Tasted it and it tasted like cucumber water. When we asked if there was orange juice in it they looked at each other, looked in the fridge and no orange juice there. So without telling us just skipped some ingredients, didn't tell us and didn't even apologize to us after we made them...

Visited this cafe with my boyfriend who has a nut allergy. We explained this to the staff in both Spanish & via Google translate. They assured us that there were no nuts in the bowls/in the granola.

The bowls came and there were almonds within the granola which we had specifically asked them about. We asked them to rectify this and they just scraped off the granola which simply isn’t good enough for someone with a nut allergy. We were very disappointed.

Dear management - please educate your staff on allergies as this is very dangerous for someone with nut allergies.

My bowl was nice but I would recommend not coming here if you have any allergies as they don’t seem to understand how...

Terrible, I got a smoothie and it was full of plastic bag pieces at first I thought it was some of the fruit pulp, but then I felt like it was a lot and when I spit it out it was plastic. I asked if the fruits were wrapped in plastic and they said yes, I showed them all of the plastic that was in my smoothie and they just offered a change. The new drink was also full of plastic!

They should really check...
