Ambiance: The ambiance is beautiful and the place is spacious. It was fully packed there so we had to sit outside, which wasn’t all that bad(you have to look out for flies and all though). I particularly love where we sat, it was secluded and “low key”
The Staff: The staffs were quiet courteous considering the crowd they had to deal with that day, it shows they are well trained. Although we had to go search for the initially but they did good.
The Food: I ordered the fried rice fiesta, it was really nice, it’s a combination of seafood, veggies and diced chicken. I could taste the spice in the rice and it was perfect, I recommend you eat the rice with the chicken. It will blow your mind. I always ordered the Hot Chicken wings, it wasn’t exactly wings and it was not hot for me but my date on the other hand could not eat because it was too hot for him. Might need to watch out for that.
The Drink: I ordered a non alcoholic drink named “Rock sand” I really do not understand the drink to be honest, my date said it tasted like “mis-mag” lol. I like it tho, with the weird aftertaste.
There’s a fountain in front of the restaurant that should be worked on as it splashes water on the floor. Parking is also an issue.

Read moreI look forward to coming here anytime I pass through Lagos. I love the presentation of the Nigerian dishes (called "swallow") with the various accompaniments of vegetable soups. The food is very spicy here but they are very nice for the taste buds already prepared for such. When next you are there, ask for "Ugba", the local salad of oil bean seed, stockfish, onions, pepper and other spicy condiments. Great taste. I was pleasantly glad to see this morning that this restaurant had maintained good standards. (I have not been here for quite a whole- 2 years). It was also nice to see that the environment of the main building had been more properly toned up. (Sunday, April 02, 2023 update) - The place was very bustling and packed today. It looked like the young and the old were enjoying their various meals and companies. On one table, I overhead a lady putting finishing touches to a wedding plan as she enjoyed a meal with her husband to be. On another table, a father and son took proper seats as they watched an interesting football match on the TV screen while they waited for their meals. I chose to have a light meal - goat meat pepper soup, afang and stock fish with a mug of chapman. It was a good and delicious...
Read moreI tried to make a booking in this place but the number available was not responsive neither was the email on the website. I chatted to the mesage bot but there was no further response. I then had to drive over to make the booking, 20-22 people for lunch. Spoke with Ayo and he wrote down the details, time, date, number of guests in his diary as a confirmed booking. He even pointed to the room we would be accommodated in upstairs. I thought we were good. Why would he then call me two days later to ask what date we were coming in? Acting like he got the dates mixed up. I told him he had it all written down then he said they don't take bookings for Sundays. I asked how could that be since he ruled a line beside another booking to write mine down. Then he tried another tactless gimmick by asking that we would then have to pay N5,000 per person for the booking, aside from the items consumed. I just simply told him that if he had overbooked and was looking for a way out he should have simply said so and there were more than 10 other restaurants on the street alone that we could go to. Of course, we did go somewhere else and it was a great place too. Never going back to...
