TeaStoria (boba & bubble tea lounge) — Restaurant in Lagos State

Terrible customer service. Terrible servers. Terrible customer relations. No accountability. Don’t buy from here. They sent me a broken drink and have refused to give me my money back and told me that they’ll give me a discount next order. Why would i order from them again ??? To further add: your employee shouted at me multiple times on the phone and claimed i was trying to get him fired because i asked for a refund. I have sent u ppl the evidence and relevant screenshots and transaction Id’s and shown the money has left my account so pls don’t play w me. You people have absolutely disgusting ways of handling your wrongs and customers and seem to think you can treat people paying for your services anyhow. Terrible...

Staff are friendly and go out of there way here.

It is very clean, neat and well-kept, also quiet and peaceful. There is no issue with parking (ample space) and they have games on the table.

The quality of the bubble tea cannot be faulted, nice and refreshing. Everyone I bring here enjoys the drinks they get.

Ambience is fine, the decor is nice. I have never really stayed here for more than 15 minutes as there isn’t much to do and they don’t serve food.

Nice and cozy place to go, service was wonderful, however, for a sweet tooth like me ask for extra sugar. Also, the boba wasn’t chewy. Overall, it’s an ok place, I would go again.

Edit: So I revisited and took my advice of asking it to be really sweet and boy...was my mind blown, it really did make a difference, this is now my goto to feed my sugar cravings.
