Guys, I discovered a new spot own by a Lady this week . Very Unique with its Aesthetic, Cosiness and Ambience. I fell in love with how gorgeous and warm the restaurant is with both its outdoor and indoor setting. They both give different vibes. 🥰 It is called 𝐓𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭.

𝐂𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋 – Tequila Sunrise. I particularly asked for something different and I was served!♥️ Looked good, tasted fabulous.🤩

𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐋 – Spicy Grilled Ram with Slightly Unripe Plantain as side. The ram was grilled to perfection. I savoured every moment with my buds.😊💯 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 – The feel of Natural elements as you step into the surrounding is undeniable. Ambience when you are in the restaurant is Great. Beautiful aesthetic, dim lighting with unique interiors and Graffiti.

The outdoor setting is a beautiful garden space that is scenic with sitting positions placed strategically for couples and group. Prompt service, diligent and friendly and courteous staff, warm hospitality, Yummy meal. Perfect for Firs dates, Romantic dates, Brunch, Meetings, Birthday parties, Lone dates, Family dates and much more.

Service isn’t affordable but it is worth it. Tar Tar is a place I would definitely visit again and would recommend.💯A perfect relaxing spot for Ladies as the restaurant celebrates Female Excellence. 😉🤍 Lest I forget, I met the Lady and she was absolutely sweet.🥰 𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 – No 5 Sorotona Close, Wuse 2, Abuja.

𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 – Sadly, I was so overwhelmed with work that I didn’t have time to check the Restroom BUT with how impeccable and thorough activities were handled, not to forget how prompt the waiter cleans up the table after your meal, I can only imagine what the Restroom would be like.😊 For all the aforementioned in my review, I am rating this restaurant 𝟗/𝟏𝟎.

𝐏.𝐒 – As at the time of my visit, they haven’t opened officially. They are operating on ‘𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠’ while they perfect all about their services and officially open on the 𝟐𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏.

• First 2weeks after the opening would be for Reservations. Which means you can’t just walk in like I did till the 2nd week of August, 2021. • They will be serving strictly Asian and African Cuisines. • Official menu will be out on 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲. • Mondays – Rest day for all • Wednesday – Happy hour with discount on specific meals. • Friday – Ladies Night 💃🏾💁🏽‍♀️ • Sunday – Family Brunch from 11am. • Open - 8am; Close - 12am.

Oh! I got Dessert as Complementary.🥰🤭 It is called White Forest. It sure looked like its name I would say.😊 Remember I mentioned she was sweet, right.😉 So Darlings, Indulge me with your comments on what you think about this restaurant.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing but they messed up my order and it took them about an hour to rectify it, and when they eventually brought the meal it just wasn’t the same. UPDATE!!….. so I decided to give this place another trial, and my experience was even worse this time lol. After we placed our order, our waitress said the food will be out in 30-40 minutes so we decided to take pictures while we waited. There was this older, very much older gentleman and his not so old lady friend sitting right next to us, but have it in mind that we would never intentionally or unintentionally capture other people in our photos! Apparently the lady complained about us taking photos and get this, the waitress actually walked up to us at the other end of the restaurant to ask us to stop taking photos because it made this lady uncomfortable, I get it you’re out with somebody’s husband but don’t take out your insecurity on us!! Waitress said photos aren’t allowed and we should move outside( I know it’s an unofficial rule)…. My family and I vowed to never visit again and here I am recounting my experience, just know that they’ll ask you not to take pictures because a young girl is hanging out with somebody’s husband lol!! Tar Tar is a nice Afro/Asian restaurant located off the popular Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent in Wuse 2. The restaurant is a little hidden but it's very easy to spot once you're in the close. The restaurant offers the fine dining experience alongside the lounge and outdoors. And it has a regular but nice theme to it. The ambience is quite great, we visited early in the afternoon to have brunch and it wasn't crowded at all, in fact we were the only guests. The attendants were quite professional and nice, although I asked to see the fine dinning upstairs and I was told I needed to get permission from the boss which I think was odd. The music was quite soothing and the addition on greenery was really nice to see. The food and drinks are quite pricey but really good. I wanted to have efo riro and pounded yam from that African dish list but I didn't want to be disappointed so I tried a safer option, the plantain something and it was really good. The sauce was the midas touch to the entire meal. I would love to visit again at night to see how the restaurant fairs at night.
