Very disappointing

We had a very disappointing evening at this restaurant. After ordering an entrecôte, we waited more than 20 minutes before realizing that they had completely forgotten about our dish. No apology or commercial gesture for this unacceptable delay.

Value for money is simply unjustifiable: average dishes for far too high a price.

Worst of all was the reception: when it came to the bill, a dessert we'd never ordered had been added. When we pointed this out, the lady in charge was unpleasant and annoyed at having to recalculate the bill, as if the mistake had been made by us.

Such poor service completely spoils the experience. I wouldn't recommend...

Decent food, poor service. We were three poeple dining together, getting both our starters and main course at different times. When I complained about this, the waiter "excused" the restaurant by saying that there are a lot of guests, and that's why the food is coming at different times. Makes absolutely no sense. Oh, and if you like a good tiramisu, stay away from these guys' variant. It has lemon in it, which totally ruined the whole dessert. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, and not too noisy. I ordered two pizzas to take out. The service was super punctual and the staff friendly. The pizza is Neapolitan style, with the high fluffy crust. Both the Margherita and nduja were delicious, and easy to digest, which meant that the dough had a good leavening times. The ambience is super nice as well which makes me feel wanna come back to dine in. Best pizza I have tried so far in Bergen, definitely recommended.
