Jack's country Saloon — Restaurant in Bergen

This place has tons of potential. Great location, fun props, cozy and great atmosphere. The problem was the frosty service. Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean the service inside has to match. Asked for ketchup was told it’s at the bar get it yourself, asked for an extra plate for shared appetizer, never received, it was the little things that could have made all the difference. Also the nachos we ordered, they were so salty, e had to eat around the meat. I wanted to love this place because of the whole country vibe it was giving out but as a Texas girl..... I expect way more in pleasant...

My first disappointment was when we recieved plastic knives and forks, but that’s a personal opinion. Second disappointment was when we recieves our drinks they probably served around 0.25 liters, that’s not enough to cover the thirst of a meal. Don’t save the coke if you don’t show the price and sell it for a fortune. And lastly, please serve the food on plates, it’s impossible to cut in bowl shaped trays. It is not fancy, but only annoying. I also fumbled with the tray and spilled most of my food down onto my lap, the trays are that bad.
