I was really excited to try this place when i first saw that they had tonkotsu ramen on the menu. To my disappointment it didnt taste anything like ramen at all. for starters, the tonkotsu broth tastes like Toro soup broth and when i peered into the kitchen, i could see a large box of instant santa maria egg noodle packages. i really just seems like they took the easy route and mindlessly threw random toppings into the blandest soup broth with premade dried noodles. i know how much work it takes to make proper tonkotsu broth, but why even have it on the menu if you're gonna serve this disappointment of a broth. other than the disappointing food, the restaurant was visually appealing and the staff was very friendly...

Little beef, some canned veggies. Nothing special. I don't know what kind of 'fusion' this is supposed to be but I know authentic Asian foods from many regions and this didn't feel like any of them. The pad gra pao 'sauce' in my girlfriends rice bowl didn't taste much like it should. A bit disappointing. I'd say there are better options in Bodø. The veggie rice bowl contained mini falafel balls, canned corn, canned bamboo, some kimchi. The only fresh thing here were some...
