One of the best pizza restaurants in the town. It is not Italian or American style pizza. Most of the cheese is from Norwegian farm. It is kinds of hybrid pizza style: Norwegian-Italian. They use sourdough for the pizza. They have 2 sauces options: red and white sauce. The best part of the pizza that you can taste the ingredients of the pizza, rich flavor and fresh. Hands down, the best pizza in Kristiansand and Agder!! The ambiance and service are perfection. Every little nook of the restaurant, inside and out is beautifully decorated, making it feel so cozy and magical.

I never eat crust, but it's a crime to skip at Flua, because It. is. INCREDIBLE!! A crisped edge, chewy center, perfect texture and a true sourdough!!

We've tried everything on the menu and you simply can't go wrong. Our faves are the Mortadella (pistachio pesto, OMG!!) and Salsiccia & Friarelli. Excellent wine list, plus beer and cocktails.
