I have never been out much in Molde, due to lack of good restaurants. When GLASS opened in 2015, I was skeptical... another Pizza place in Molde? But I was so wrong.
GLASS is using fresh produces and everything is home-made. The menu is short which mostly is a good indicator for good food. They can use mor time to put love and knowledge into the few things they deliver.
A great choise of Pizza, som pasta, meat and fish dishes and some starters. Great service, the food comes fast, but not to fast and is great. The prices are Norwegian (compared to other countries) but you get really good food for it. They have a great selection of vines, but fill your pockets with money to drink vine in Norway. :-)

All was redeemed by the other dishes, but also by the desserts. The creme brûlée was flawless, the sorbet had an incredible texture and flavor, and the chocolate mousse was light and delicious. On top of this, the service was fast, friendly, and extremely patient with the elderly people. The bartender / somm was also very nice and knowledgeable. When I come back I will visit again regardless of the...
