I recently visited Kaffebrenneriet in Oslo, and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The barista was extremely rude and unprofessional. While my friend and I were trying to sit and review our itinerary, the barista started packing up chairs around us, curtly telling us to leave because they were closing.
Despite complying and moving to a bench as suggested, he continued to give us bad looks and even took away the table we were using. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and left a very bad impression. Although there are many cafés in Oslo, Kaffebrenneriet Frogner is my daily must-visit. The atmosphere here is warm, welcoming and authentic. But what really makes this place special are the people who work here. The human quality and attention to detail are truly outstanding. They welcome you with a smile, nice music and prepare a perfect coffee for any time of the day!
