No matter how many times I order big tasty bacon without cheese, I get the burger with cheese. The last three times ive been out and Ive ordered WITHOUT CHEESE I get a burger with cheese.
I have to tell the sales person, and they doubt me because of the "only bacon" system which makes no sense. If it says only bacon why should it have cheese? When this happens I always tell them and after doubting my order, and I show the receipt, they say "okay, let me fix it", then they deliver me yet another burger with cheese. On the third try, the last three visits, they succeed.
When I got home now, after yet another failure of two burgers with cheese, I finally get to eat the burger, just to realise that they just tried to scrape the cheese of off it. I tasted a lot of cheese and I am allergic. I had to toss it away and I lost my entire meal. Horrible service. Please change your "only whatever" system back to "without whatever". It was heavingly busy at 11pm and there was one guy as cashier - it's the night before a bank holiday AND Ramadan, maybe have more staff in at night?
It was messy, with no serviettes/napkins available, again probably because not enough staff.
Another member of staff came up to the cashier during my transaction, pressed a phone to his ear and pushed him away, then replaced him and carried on the transaction while not really paying attention. I know it's only McDonald's, but it felt rude.
I think this is a McDonald's that would really benefit from the new ordering screens that other restaurants have received, as the struggle to keep up...

We ordered on the Wolt app, and after an HOUR, the driver from Wolt tells us they've given our food to somebody else and can't make more because they don't have our order anymore. No apology, no contacting us directly AT ALL, just no care given what so ever. The fact that such a level of unprofessionalism can happen at a well known, well established franchise like McDonalds, who should have rock solid protocols is absolutely mind-blowing to me. If I could give this zero stars, I would. After an hour and a half had passed we had to cancel the order because we would have to wait AT LEAST another half an hour, most likely more, and it's a work day tomorrow so we just don't have time for...
