Parthenon Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Oslo

My girlfriend is buying pizza from this place for 3 years already, almost every week.

Today when she bought a big pizza she asked for 2 sauces (that she normally received until now with a big pizza - also the takeaway box is created with a place to put them). The cashier was very rude with her talking bad. In the beginning he didn’t offered her anything starting to argue and saying that what she thinks …. everything is for free in Norway! (What??? 😮because you had a lot of people I didn’t want to make a big problem about)

My answer is NO, nothing is for free but even if you changed the offer you don’t have to talk like that with her! You think you will get richer with 1€ more for that sauce?

Now you lost a frequent customer and I will not recommend nobody to go to that place anymore!

Never again. Kebab was way below average, and the service was detrimental to the function of the business. The personnel wasn’t able to explain the difference between “lamb shawarma” and “lamb kebab”. After several rounds of questions, I was simply told “it’s a different type of lamb” as a final answer. My friend was also accused not of paying, and they wouldn’t serve him until he showed proof of payment by showing his online transaction. They refused any wrongdoing. I ordered a large rolo with lamb, the customer next to me ordered a small one unfortunately after a while we got exactly the same thing. I also ordered fries separately, the employee handing me the fries poured them onto a plate and added seasoning, then the employee next to me saw this with his bare hands and slipped off half and said that's it starczy🤦🏻 I don't know how much you have to save on potatoes. The food was ok, but the service was rubbish. There is a food court next door which is much better...
