Rice Bowl Thai Café — Restaurant in Oslo

I have eaten here many times before and always had a good experience but my recent visit here was ridiculously bad.

I hadn’t eaten there in a while and ordered a beef dish as usual. Upon tasting it I noticed something off with the meat - I contemplated just eating it, as it was bearable, but decided it wasn’t worth paying for so I politely explained the situation to the waitress and asked if I could just get a chicken dish instead. She asked me if there could be a problem with the meat being undercooked but I explained that wasn’t the case (I have no problem with raw meat), she insisted on the kitchen trying to fix the dish first and I said fine but I didn’t think it would make a difference. Once I tasted it I realized that them fixing it meant frying my food again and serving me my leftovers only heated up. I asked to please get a chicken dish instead but was answered with that there was nothing wrong with the dish so there was nothing they could do. Spent the rest of the dinner eating the vegetables (so my friend could enjoy their chicken dishes) while the waitresses seemed to try to avoid...

Woooow to Rice Bowl🍚 Thai Café 😋 👌 🙌🏻 😍 I've been to many different places Thai/Asian food, but I must admit that so far this place is number one1️⃣⭐️👌 5 ⭐️ all over the menu 😀 😋 👌 Fresh food and gorgeous taste which surprised us, because you actually have the taste of the food long time after ate the food 😋 Nice price and huge portions, so you don't need to ask for extra food. They have Take away wich I've also used, and if you can't manage to eat all the food you can easily bring it with you back home 😀🙌🏻 It's nice indoors and outside, the employees are very sweet and you feel very comfortable and welcoming 🙏 I can warmly recommend this splendid place, on behalf of myself and my company eating together with me. 😋🫶😋 Enjoy your time♡, best regards Sidsel🩷⭐️💎 NB. We were 4, ordered appetizer and main meal. We got our main dishes first and then after we got an appetizer. Obviously we didn't need appetizer at this point already and we didn't eat it but the waiter forced us to pay for it after all with a lot of arguing, explaining that we have to say it before that we want it before main dish... Do I also have to ask for the dessert to come after the meal not before??? Forretter/Appetizer is as the name suggest "before dish" which should be served normally before while waiting for main dish (Hovedretter), that is normal and understood at all the restaurants I have been till now. Also service is very slow and rude. At least main food we ordered was OK for the time and place (unfinished interior). Thumbs up for kitchen, very big thumbs down for service and organization.
