I am appalled that this place is allowed to be open. Filthy, unsanitary and disgusting. Even the tablets you order on are grimy and stained. It looks as if the place hasn't been cleaned in months. Wires unsafely hang out in the open near the doorway. All tables and counters are unclean and sticky, including the counter where orders are delivered. Despite this, they dare to charge 95 NOK for a STANDARD large drink with old and soggy tapioca pearls. Blatant disrespect, upcharging customers to the high heavens and yet maintaining your business like this. Do not waste your money here!!!

Editing to respond back: Trying your best to clean the store after customers? That's just a blatant lie. The store was empty with only a few people ordering to-go. This kind of dirt and grime doesn't build up after one set of customers - it takes weeks. You're not a small local business, you're a chain. And you're charging your customers between 65-130 NOK per drink. There isn't a single thing that can excuse your store looking like this. Despite being a part of the same chain, Teaology Storo and Sandvika do way better than you in both cleanliness and quality of the drinks - even...

I've heard a lot of good reviews and comments about this new place and since I'm a bubble tea lover I was very excited to try it out. Also it's vegan which is very good! So me and my friend visited Teaology on a Thursday evening. I was surprised it was inside the same place as Mama pho. It was very crowded and all the seats were taken. So we stood in line and ordered taro. After awhile, we finally sat down. Then a couple came and ordered. We noticed that every single person who stood in line after us, got their order first. We were getting impatient to wait, but we respected the workers since it was too many people at once. After 30 minutes, we finally got our drinks. The taro taste didn't really satisfy me that much. Maybe because I'm used to drink the "non-vegan" one. But overall, the taste for me was just too weak. The color of the taro was barley there also no taste of the tea. It was like drinking ice with milk. I know this place just opened, and I've been to small places like this. But I've never experienced the lack of service and bad bubble tea. I really hope you improve more...

The location is cozy and the products quite tasty. I have been a fan of teology, following your interesting marketing approach through social media. However, in my visiting, I was disappointed by the customer service. First due to coronavirus, I understand the concept of ordering/paying online. Then, the products are placed in a corner without being notified what is yours or being served since you are a customer sitting in and not taking out (mentioned while ordering). None of the personnel welcoming you or taking care of you while you are there, while mostly you have the delivery guys crossing all the time. On top of that, I asked to use the toilet and I was told it is closed due to coronavirus. I find that excuse unacceptable for a restaurant serving food and drinks, which made me very uncomfortable. As a result, it feels more of a fast food-take away location and not somewhere you can...

Edit: I was well compensated for the two bad drinks and can say that I've tried their caramel lover thrice since then and it was perfect each time :) Review #2: I ordered coco dalgona and the drink looked nothing like in the picture. Its white, tastes like sweet coconut milk, and was served in a normal cup instead of a holographic cup. Honestly, never buying boba from them again. Tried their caramel lover twice and the drink was completely different each time. First time it was like a sludge and had more tapioca or atleast the same amount for all the toppings I chose. The second time it was liquid, a bit bitter maybe cause I asked for less sugar but I did so last time as well and the drink barely had any tapioca. I think I will come back again but I'm disappointed that there is no consistency in the drinks.

TeaOlogy serves good bubble tea, but has some points for improvement since the place is still new. We really enjoyed their original flavors like Dirty Chata and Black Ocean (seen here), but the more common flavors like Taro and Matcha are so-so. Their tapioca has good texture though :) The place has a nice, cozy vibe for hanging out. It may be difficult to do so because there are other customers dining in and the place is also small. Service usually takes 5-10 minutes. The staff are also extremely nice and welcoming. This is something we really appreciated.
