I am appalled that this place is allowed to be open. Filthy, unsanitary and disgusting. Even the tablets you order on are grimy and stained. It looks as if the place hasn't been cleaned in months. Wires unsafely hang out in the open near the doorway. All tables and counters are unclean and sticky, including the counter where orders are delivered. Despite this, they dare to charge 95 NOK for a STANDARD large drink with old and soggy tapioca pearls. Blatant disrespect, upcharging customers to the high heavens and yet maintaining your business like this. Do not waste your money here!!!
Editing to respond back: Trying your best to clean the store after customers? That's just a blatant lie. The store was empty with only a few people ordering to-go. This kind of dirt and grime doesn't build up after one set of customers - it takes weeks. You're not a small local business, you're a chain. And you're charging your customers between 65-130 NOK per drink. There isn't a single thing that can excuse your store looking like this. Despite being a part of the same chain, Teaology Storo and Sandvika do way better than you in both cleanliness and quality of the drinks - even...
Read moreI've heard a lot of good reviews and comments about this new place and since I'm a bubble tea lover I was very excited to try it out. Also it's vegan which is very good! So me and my friend visited Teaology on a Thursday evening. I was surprised it was inside the same place as Mama pho. It was very crowded and all the seats were taken. So we stood in line and ordered taro. After awhile, we finally sat down. Then a couple came and ordered. We noticed that every single person who stood in line after us, got their order first. We were getting impatient to wait, but we respected the workers since it was too many people at once. After 30 minutes, we finally got our drinks. The taro taste didn't really satisfy me that much. Maybe because I'm used to drink the "non-vegan" one. But overall, the taste for me was just too weak. The color of the taro was barley there also no taste of the tea. It was like drinking ice with milk. I know this place just opened, and I've been to small places like this. But I've never experienced the lack of service and bad bubble tea. I really hope you improve more...
Read moreThe location is cozy and the products quite tasty. I have been a fan of teology, following your interesting marketing approach through social media. However, in my visiting, I was disappointed by the customer service. First due to coronavirus, I understand the concept of ordering/paying online. Then, the products are placed in a corner without being notified what is yours or being served since you are a customer sitting in and not taking out (mentioned while ordering). None of the personnel welcoming you or taking care of you while you are there, while mostly you have the delivery guys crossing all the time. On top of that, I asked to use the toilet and I was told it is closed due to coronavirus. I find that excuse unacceptable for a restaurant serving food and drinks, which made me very uncomfortable. As a result, it feels more of a fast food-take away location and not somewhere you can...
