Unfortunately, our visit was deeply disappointing.
We booked our table for June in March and when we arrived we were not on the list, and the waiter was clearly annoyed and completely ignored us from we were seated. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet the few tables present were all experiencing the same poor service. It took over 30 minutes before we could get a waiter’s attention, and another 15 minutes just to receive our drinks.
After a further 45 minutes, our starters finally arrived (simple bruschetta and carpaccio). But then the waiter tried taking it back and giving the food to someone else even though they had ordered something entirely different and after us... Fortunately the young waiter, we and the other table all were able to convince her it was our food and not theirs. In that entire 90min , only three dishes total came out of the kitchen for the whole restaurant.
Then came another 40-minute wait for our mains, which weren’t even served together—mine arrived a full 10 minutes before my partner’s. By this point, we were starving; I had already developed a headache and felt faint from the wait.
The primary waiter felt indifferent, and almost aggregated, and the atmosphere was tense with visible frustration at other tables as well. The only one who seemed to care about the customers were the young waiter which came about 45 min into our visit and tried to make the best of it.
Between the painfully slow service, the lack of coordination, and the overall experience, I cannot recommend this place. In retrospect we should have just left...
The 2 star on service is entirely lifted by the young waiter, otherwise it would be a minus 5...

The pizza dough was raw and when we asked to get it redone they wanted to reheat the one that had been touched by everyone in the party (we were surprised they actually served raw pizza dough). They asked three times if we were sure we wanted a new one. The ravioli with butter and sage was tasteless and dry. Filled with spinach and topped with a miniscule amount of dried sage and a few drops of butter. The gnocchi with saffron was good.
The waiters are lovely and probably know how bad quality it is so they pretend not to notice when they take away nearly untouched plates of food back to the kitchen.
It's sad that this once amazing and charming restaurant had gone...

So we got our main dish after 50 minutes of waiting. And after another 10min we got an appetizer, which one we just cancelled. When we asked about appetizers (40 minutes since we ordered) got an answer in a rude manner- “what did I expect, they have small kitchen, only one chef in the kitchen who is first time alone . “ ONOONE informed us when we came in about waiting time . Are I’ll come back ? NO . Don’t recommend this place if you don’t want to wait an hour for your food and get a shit from waiter when you asking where is your food …… And when you get the recipe, but paying only by VIPPS...
