Pros: The sushi buffet has much more variety and the quality, presentation, and speed is a lot better here than in their other location. While there is a wait during peak hours, it's impressively short for small groups, given the volume they're dealing with.

Cons: While it would be unfair to fault the staff for spotty service during peak hours (self-service, long time to actually pay for the sushi buffet because the bar and the restaurant cashier are one and the same), there are a lot of things they could improve upon.

There were about 3 tables directly next to the entrance, so that any time someone opened the door (and most of the time forgot to close it behind them), we were blasted with cold air. Since they have 2 entrances and the other entrance is not situated directly next to tables, it's asinine that the staff would not simply close the corner entrance and hang a sign asking patrons to enter through the other door during peak hours.

The otherwise cozy interior becomes rather claustrophobic and chaotic during peak hours, making for a somewhat unpleasant atmosphere. The price increase for the sushi buffet after a certain time seems like a cheap money grab. They don't seem to capitalize on the burger/sushi fusion they are marketing, to a point where it honestly couldn't really be called a fusion at all. In reality, it amounts to patrons being able to choose between burgers or sushi; it feels discordant rather than a true "fusion" that harmonizes the cuisines. A surf-and-turf buffet option would be truly impressive, but unnecessary given the already high quality of the sushi buffet.

I'll most likely choose this location over their Bakklandet location in the future, but I wouldn't come here during peak...

I went to this sushi buffet today and paid for the full buffet. I only managed to pick up one plate of food before I had to leave URGENTLY. I asked if I could just pay for what I ate instead of the full buffet price, but unfortunately, they wouldn’t accommodate my request. It had been only about five minutes after I paid for the buffet. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but I was hoping for some level of consideration, especially in an unforeseen situation like this. A discount or more flexible option could have been offered as a gesture of understanding.

We ordered burger and waffle fries as well as dirty fries. I like that all the burgers can be ordered with every kind of meat and vegetarian. The offer is not big so it's not difficult to choose from.

The dirty fries arrived cold but they replaced them as soon as we told the staff. However the burger was also not the hottest one. Burger comes in a not very exciting bread and that makes it almost a little boring.

Overall the experience was ok and the food was ok too. But there are much better places out in the world...
