This restaurant was really good. They have a big variety of food including fish, meat, pastas and pizzas. All the food seemed to be really fresh and the flavour was wonderful. The garlic bread was extremely soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sauce with the mushrooms was delicious. The portions of the food were also good. They have a big variety of cocktails aswell and I had blue Hawaiian which was the perfect combination of pineapple and coconut, I loved it. The staff was very nice and was always checking up on us to see if you everything was fine. The restaurant itself has a very nice decoration and you can choose eating inside or outside on the rooftop, we ate inside because I was a little cold.

Steak night!! Absoultely fantastic food and service. Reading some of the reviews was putting us off however we had a glass of wine on the balcony in the late afternoon and decided to go for steak dinner in the evening. We arrived for dinner and it was full.. then we were offered the rooftop. Therooftop is outside but well sheltered with glass windstoppers and gas fires and umbrellas. We ordered the fillet tenderloin and grilled vegetables. We also asked for a wine recommendation. They came with a local wine (Lanzarote, not really local but we did chuckle about that). The service was fantastic and our waiter was great and attentive & apoligised often for having limited Engish. It should be us apoligising for have 3 sentences of Spanish really.

An interesting place that would not survive, but for the coincidence of where it's located. Lured in by a facade, we were asked if we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs; Obviously upstairs has the view, but is also the home to a slightly more expensive menu, unbeknownst to us. We chose to sit upstairs like nearly all of their patrons. We ordered drinks and starters from their huge food menu; bruscetta is gorgeous, croquettes are to be avoided unless you like gloop. We weren't given a drinks menu, which is interesting. Between courses, we weren't given new cutlery, there was a point made by the waiter that I had to keep my cutlery, and he then handled my knife and fork off the plate and set them down on the table. Not a deal-breaker, but an odd move for a restaurant nonetheless. The pizza is also to be avoided. It's somehow simultaneously undercooked and overcooked. The prawn pizza just tastes of garlic, no other flavour was available, and the prawns tasted powder coated, somehow. When the bill arrived, the price of croquettes was higher than the already slightly more expensive menu said. When queried, there was no apology, the correct bill was wheeled out. Due to the lack of a drinks menu, we just have to assume the 4 bottles of beer were the correct price. Avoid this place like the plague. If you must, go up, take your sunset shot for Instagram and leave.

Spent lunchtime enjoying a lovely meal at the sea front with beautiful views, ruined only by the service yesterday. We respected the restaurant being one of the few places not pressuring people to eat and chose it for this, the balcony view and good menu selection. After being seated I asked to look at the drinks menu but was refused one despite not looking properly at the one outside. We were never checked in with, asked how the food was, starter plate wasn't taken away, nor were we given the chance to order an additional drink despite empty glasses upon starter arrival. We weren't really spoken to at all which greatly took away from the experience, despite being one of only 3 tables dining. Our server was more interested in being on his phone in the vacant dining area. We shared the mixed croquettes to start, then had the seafood tagliatelle and prawn, spinach and ricotta ravioli. All seafood was really lovely, I cannot stress the actual food quality enough. However our dining just seemed like a burden to service staff and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Food was reasonably priced and so the 7% added service charge didn't really make a difference, however would have preferred to have some service for it

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. So we wanted to just take a caffe and enjoy Las Canteras. We entered and waiter told us to order and pay café at zero floor and we can go at the terrace. We went upstairs and waited for cafe. Meanwhile one of the waiter told us that we can not sit and drink cafe at tables for eating because we are occupying the seats for tourists who will come here for order a dinner and make a big bills. It was odd but we understood the situation and changed the seats. After we ended drink the cafe, it could be 10-15 minutes, the waiter ask us to leave because we didn't order anything else. It was so rude and unprofessional. What more, while speaking with him, he was holding hand on my arm like we would be the best friend. And there was also a problem with communication, I was speaking in Spanish and he in English. Than he start use Spanglish. I was so confused. Yeah and coffee was average and expensive.
