Went for Dinner yesterday and totally regretted. The Service was so pathetic that I really left like just leaving!!! There was no crowd also and still the service was bad. Cannot imagine the status if it was crowded.
Ordered 'Paneer Methi' and 'Sarson Ka Saag' with Bajra Roti and Naan with Paneer Tikka as starters. Repeatedly enquired about the order but no valid response from the Server. Then he comes after 20 minutes and says that the Bajra Roti is not available!! Asked him to bring Naan instead and FAST!!. He smiles!!
No complaints on the quality of food though. The starters came after 25 minutes and that too almost along with the rest of the food, thereby not serving the purpose of a starter. The food came five minutes after the starter!! Wow!! And the best part is that when I saw the delay, I asked for additional Naan so that it would come by the time we finished our order of Naans, but no... We had to wait for that too...
With service like this, a once popular place will only fade away. The issue was there for the three / four families which were there and all were grumbling... But, the servers were very cool about it... :(
Buck up Guys, there are so many restaurants in that locality. Don't become the last choice instead of the first!!
The two stars are strictly...
Read moreHad horrendous experience. I went alone to have food in this Indian restaurant. I ordered Special chat and Paper dosa(long one). I enjoyed chat. Since dosa was long, I asked for extra sambhar. The watter brought sambhar after 15 mins. As it was long dosa I asked for sambhar 2 more times. For everytime I asked, I got horrible look as if I am doing a crime. He also said rudely that we dont provide extra sambhar after 1 time. I thought I will make sure to point this out to the manager. He brought the bill with adding extra sambhar price of 500 baisa. I don't mind paying money but since I was not told about this cost (also no where it is written) and had bad experience with the watter, I decided to complain to the manager and not pay this extra cost.
To my surprise manager reacted to me very badly and pointed out that no extra sambhar is allowed aftwr first bowl. He also did not take the watter's complain seriously.
To all the sambhar/southindian lover, I would suggest you to be cautious with this place. You might be treated horrendously and might have to get embarrassed for loving sambhar no matter u order small dosa or paper dosa or idly vada. Customer satisfaction is not at all their motto. Just making...
