I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the fire alarm system. During my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, I encountered a significant problem with the fire alarm system that requires immediate attention. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a strong flashing light in the room, but no sound.

It became evident that the fire alarm system in my room, as well as in all common areas, including the lobby and corridors, was not functioning properly. Despite being equipped with visual indicators, there was no audible alarm sound in the event of an emergency. This oversight poses a severe safety risk to guests and staff alike, as it compromises the ability to promptly respond to fire hazards and evacuate the premises safely.

As a guest who values safety and security, I am deeply concerned about this lapse in essential safety measures. It is imperative that the fire alarm system be fully operational at all times to ensure the well-being of everyone on the premises. I urge you to address this matter with the utmost urgency by conducting a thorough inspection and promptly rectifying any deficiencies in the fire alarm system.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide reassurance that comprehensive measures are in place to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. The safety and peace of mind of your guests should always remain a top priority.

Despite the waking us in the middle of the night, no explanations given, we havent been offer any compensation for it. Seems like not having a proper system installed and waking me and my wife in the middle of the night running down by the emergency stairs being really scared, is not enough reason for compensating it.

Honestly i was expecting more from a hotel like yours. Deeply disappointed.

I had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating – whenever we asked for something, it was attended to right away. The check-in staff were especially welcoming and helpful, showing real kindness from the start. As we had booked two rooms, they kindly arranged them on the same floor and even allowed us an early check-in for one of the rooms.

Although there was a small delay in having the rollaway bed brought to the kids’ room, the night staff (Ahmed, I believe) at the front desk quickly arranged this as soon as we returned from our shopping trip at the Avenue Mall, which we really appreciated.

The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept. It’s not overly extravagant, but simple, pleasant, and comfortable – exactly what we were looking for. The lobby was spotless, with Arabic tea available, and I loved that in the evenings guests were welcome to bring their own food and eat in the lobby. This created such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere – at one point other guests even invited us to eat with them, which was a truly humble and memorable experience.

As you’d expect from a Hilton hotel, all the standard amenities were available. However, what really stood out for me was the laundry facilities on the 7th floor. Having two large washing machines and dryers available for guests was such a thoughtful touch. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the best setup I’ve seen – especially valuable during a long holiday with teenagers who go through several outfits a day!

I want to thank all the staff – from the check-in team, cleaners, security, porters, and kitchen staff – for their hard work and hospitality. You all made our stay so comfortable. I’ll update this review with names when I remember them, as a few staff members truly went above and beyond.
