Lahore Gates Cafe — Restaurant in Shalimar Tehsil

Located on the ground floor of Hospitality Inn Lahore, this cafe serves continental food in hi-tea and buffet style. Ala carte is not an option. The cafe was previously designed and decorated with Mughal art and walls were daubed with historic paintings. But they recently changed the interior decor to more decent and calm 2 coloured theme with feathers as decor attention.

The food tastes 3/5 as most of the dishes are barbecue category but not as spicy as they should be. Fish though served round the calendar, only feels fresh and tasteful during winters. Lahore Gates Café, located in the Four Points by Sheraton Lahore, is a true culinary gem. I recently enjoyed breakfast there, and every aspect, from the rich flavors and quality ingredients to the artful presentation, was flawless.

It was good experience about Hi-Tea there. As far as vareity of dishes is concerned they have not much vareity to attract one. Food is delicious, one can enjoy food with cosy atmosphere. Recomended to try it. Seaters are comfortable. I liked their gol gappas, all the ingredients are there, simple filling with dahi barray, channa chaat and much more. Hot n sour soup was also up to mark, i liked it. The third thing was malai boti was really juicy and tasty. In desserts one can enjoy, egg pudding, small cakes and jalaibi.
