I Ordered nachos mixta they were supposed to have carne and pollo with pico de gallo. Instead they had burned black beans no carne no pollo and something like mayonnaise instead of pico de gallo appeared to be microwaved and the whole mix was stuck to the paper and styrofoam it was served on. We asked if they could make another one and they refused and said that all they had was paper and would not do anything to correct the problem of paper cooked into the nachos.
