It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life for a haircut. I clearly told Maria what I wanted; that I had a feather cut a few months ago and that it has grown since then, so I just wanted to shorten it a bit, but she did not do what I wanted and ruined my hair. She made a BIG mess. What an unprofessional individual she is. I wish I could give them 0 stars or -1. The staff is very rude. The front desk receptionist, Mafer is the rudest persona I have ever met in my life. She is so unprofessional. She treated me like dirt. She wanted to overcharge me. I first quoted for color and cut. They gave me a price and then charged me more than the quoted price. They are extremely overpriced!!!. I would never recommend anyone to go there. They made my day worst. Don't go there. If you like and want to be treated like dirt, then this is the place to go. There a many, many other saloons in Boquete that are a million times better than this one, and that will make you feel like a queen. Please do...

Nunca me había sentido tan incómoda en un salón de belleza donde te trataran de la patada por tener cabello rizado, siendo consciente de que llevo tiempo sin cortar el cabello , el servicio al cliente de este lugar fue -100/10. Fui por un lavado y blower y claramente solo me llevé el lavado y una ampolleta que NO PEDÍ. Me sentí estafada porque conociendo salones de belleza en Panamá jamás me había sentido así de mal por tener el cabello rizado. Uno va pensando que la persona “profesional” sabe tratar todo tipo de texturas y me lleve la sorpresa de que solo conoce de lacios.
