** New Review (updated from 1 to 4.5 ⭐)
Gave it another chance and initially we almost left since no one really received us at the entrance and it wasn't wheelchair accessible but just as we were looking where else to go a waitress came out and they offered to help accommodate us by lifting my mom in her wheelchair up the 4 steps. She agreed.
So, the food 🥑 🥪🥧🍲, everything was delicious, we had 4 different plates. The only feedback I have is that all lf them could use a little salt 🧂.
The place is very nicely decorated, one of the best looking restaurants I've been to in Panama.

We were looking forward to having a nice brunch but when we arrived the handicapped spot was taken by a pickup truck which shouldn't be there and there was no other way to get to the restaurant since all the other cars were tightly parked in front of the restaurant and a wheelchair would not fit.
Such a shame this restaurant does not enforce respecting the handicapped.
UPDATE (Based on "owner's response)
Valet? 🤔 We were parked outside for close to 10 minutes on your parking lot behind and across other vehicles that were parked vertically one behind the other. No valet ever showed up... I don't think it's unfair based on the service your establishment provided (none). You can keep an eye out, it's not rocket science but like you said, good luck...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Michael's restaurant, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the owner, Michael, himself. His passion for food and hospitality was evident throughout my visit.
On my first visit, I ordered the steak and eggs, which were cooked to perfection. The flavors were exceptional, and the portion size was generous. I also tried the church French toast, and it was heavenly. The combination of fluffy toast and sweet syrup was simply delightful.
The food was so remarkable that I convinced my entire group to return the next day. This time, I opted for the churro French toast and added some crispy fried chicken. The fusion of flavors was extraordinary, and I couldn't get enough.
The service at Michael's restaurant was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They ensured that we had a comfortable dining experience from start to finish.
I highly recommend Michael's restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional brunch experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this place will exceed your expectations. The owner's dedication to quality food and impeccable service truly sets this restaurant apart. Don't miss out...
Read moreMy husband and I have had the pleasure of dining at Michael’s twice. Our first brunch involved the discovery of the jar of passion fruit mimosas: so yummy! We went savory for food, with the Greek omelet and vegetarian burrito. Both were delicious. I also ordered the green juice, for my veg, and it was perfectly green! We had an awesome brunch and really enjoyed the friendliness and service of the on point staff. We were excited to return a few days later, oblivious to the fact that it was Mother’s Day. The place was packed with guests who’d been smart enough to make reservations. Somehow the lovely staff slid us in to a table that was just emptying. We decided to celebrate our luck, and also not being mothers, with another jar of passion fruit mimosas. There was a choose-your-own-ingredients omelette station set up for the special day, which we selected. Once again, delicious. It wasn’t just the abundant bubbly that created such enjoyable brunching experiences; the staff is remarkably friendly and fun. Even the omelette chef, who was very busy, was crazy nice. We particularly appreciated Rod’s service and smile. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Panama City, to try some of the epic looking...
