Subway — Restaurant in Bella Vista

This is a Subway and most people know the basics, so I'll just say sandwiches are standard as price is too. Usually, something like that means a clean 4-star review, but service here is so awful that rating dropped to 2-star just because of it. The people making the sandwiches works painfully slow, and in order to give the sensation of that laziness being customers' fault, they scream like if they were in a hurry whenever someone does not answer immediately to any question they ask.

Also, for new products as the hash browns I ordered, there is no explanation of changes in the usual way Subway works (standard Subway line is making the sub and then ordering chips and drinks in the end, but hash browns have to be ordered at the same time as the sandwich processing begins) and they become really mad when someone is not magically aware of the way to do it.

Mal muy servicio. Estuve esperando por media hora para que me atendieran y cuando finalmente lo hicieron no había nada de mi pedido disponible y después de pedir otra orden e personal se puso a hablar entre sí mientras preparaban mi pedido que se le olvidaba constante. Tuve que repíteselo cuatro veces. Y cuando finalmente llegué a la caja después otra media hora le expresé mi crítica constructiva al personal y este me puso excusas por el mal servicio y contratado a mi acompañante cuando está solo intentaba ver sus errores para que no ocurrieran nuevamente. Después de la esto pasó a un venta electrónica antes de cobrarnos la cual tardó 10 minutos más y cuando nos cobró tardó otros 15 y no se acordaba del pedido. Vivo en el edficio donde esta ubicada esta sucursal y consumo subway pero ya en tres ocasiones me han atendido super de mala gana ,groseros y hoy entre 8 de la noche habia una fila de tres personas ,me acerque al muchacho que estaba recibiendo un pago para que me vendiera dos mamallenas y me nego su servicio por que segun el tenia que atender a las otras tres personas osea prepararles el subway,lo cual entiendo lo que no entiendo es que las mamallenas no tiene que prepararlas estan listas y no le costaba solo dos minutos ponerlas en la bolsa y recibirme el pago como se nota que estan frescos saben que a fin de mes igual reciben su sueldo completo pero no saben que dar calidad de servicio es lo que mas cuenta para un cliente,lo siento pero esta sucursal es de las mas mal atendida ojala la administracion pueda cambiarles el chip a sus...
