KSP was a great find in Panama City. Visiting from the States, we had trouble finding high quality pizza until we came here. Their crust is uniquely crispy and fragile/light. It's a texture I never experienced before and it was really good. Our pasta dishes were excellent (carbonara/lasagna). The pasta was tasty firm and not over boiled. The sauce was delicious. The focaccia bread served with the pasta was also delicious. We like a more toasted/well done bread for the crust and they were happy to cook it longer. The wait staff is very friendly and patient (especially with us and our minimal Spanish). As a heads up, they don't serve alcohol. They are near a school.

Very good and totally recommended! Service is fine, not really good but not hostile either, let's say it fits perfectly the idea of a place run by real Italians. The price is fine for the food, and then... the food, oh the delicious pizza they serve. Go, try something, enjoy!

I tried the Pepperoni and the Carnivore, both have pepperoni but the latter also includes Italian chorizo and cooked ham; both fantastic but if one is to be chosen go with the Carnivore, just spectacular the way the toppings fit perfectly the pie and the tasty...
