I frequented a Tim Hortons in Canada throughout the course of two months during a trip. I have to say this location in Soho Center absolutely surpassed my experience in comparison to the Canadian location. It’s such a lovely space, not too big, not too small. Friendly, feels fresh and new but not over minimalistic. It’s welcoming, whether you’re in for a quick purchase or to stay for a while. The attention I received from the staff was wonderful (most of the staff members), and I doubt I will forget how a very kind staff member called my name and offered me a glass of water, jokingly saying I looked like I needed it, as I had not purchased any drink to that point. That person especially had such a quick thinking and attentive service, forming my overall impression of the place. I ordered tim bits and i was (again) happily surprised by the quality in comparison to the authentic ones I’ve before. The coffee, might be Panamá, might be luck, but it was much better here.

Read moreExcellent, excellent Tim Hortons. As a Canadian and frequent customer of the brand, I can confirm that this place is just as good as its Canadian counterparts. Tim Bits were exactly the same quality. Double double, exactly the same.
My wife ordered a London Fog which generally includes vanilla syrup, which they forgot to add. That is the only thing that was off.
The atmosphere and vibe was BETTER than a Timmies in Canada. Very modern and comfortable with a beautiful mural. I hope we get this sort of look and feel with our cafes in Canada soon!
Thank you for the beautiful experience and keep up the...
Read moreI would say it's 80% of the taste and quality that you get in Canada. You can see from how dark the iced cappuccino is. The variety of timbits is also more limited. For example, there's no Birthday Cake timbits. Nevertheless, I am glad to have them here. The quality and variety will definitely improve over time. I hope they do extremely well. I would love for Tim Horton's to be a permanent fixture in Panama for the Canadians that live...
