Brazzeiro Soho City Center Panamá — Restaurant in Bella Vista

This isn't the first time I've tried Brazeiro, but unfortunately, I've noticed a consistent decline in the quality of both the food and the service. This time, after being seated, I waited 35 minutes for the first cut of meat to arrive. Since there were several others waiting in the restaurant, I got very little, and it was completely cold. There was no sign of other meats being served in the dining area, so I figured it was going to be a long night, almost begging for more meat to come out, so I left. This is the entire concept of the place, and the expectation is to sit down and enjoy the different cuts until you're satisfied. I and a lady friend went to Brazzerio for lunch Sunday 25 of march. The ambiance was standard but nice along with the buffet display. The customer service was very good it fell short of excellent but extremely well trained.the meat quality also was very good but fell short of excellent because of the Salt crystal not dissolving properly but still very good. Grade a B+ to an A- . It was a very pleasant experience and would travel to go to said location . I believe Texas de Brazil has better meat quality but Brazzerio had much better customer service as for ambiance they were on par (about the Same) with each other. Definitely would recommend this location to friend and family . Hope this helps someone in choosing Brazzerio for their dinning...

Fun and vibrant atmosphere for a special dinner! One of best restaurants in Panamà, great fruit, cheese and salad bar, great soup and hot food at the hot food bar - all you can eat!

Then the meat! Turn your red disc over to green and the waiters bring all kinds of seasoned meats to your table from the churascarria, the meats seasoned and roasted over an open pit fire...steak, chicken, pork, lamb, and sausage, just grab your tongs and take the personally sliced cut of meat from each skewer onto your plate, then eat and repeat. Be sure to the roasted pineapple with cinnamon, which is delicious!

Don't forget to get a bowl of chimichuri* for the steak and ask the waiter for fresh Brazilian bread**.
