I was a consistent client for over a year and have watched the service decline tremendously. One of my treatments, the table where my face was had me itching because they didn’t change the covering from a previous client; I also wasn’t told there was a male chiropractor massage therapist and on that same day right after i left, my credit card tried to be charged for a chiropractor package but I received a fraud alert; constant high staff turnover; two massage therapist appointments was canceled at last minute, lockers don’t work properly, robes one size fit all, need I say more.

This spa location needs a complete management revamping, customer care training, sterilization in cleanliness and overall operations if it’s going to continue to represent the Anna Lisa Volpe brand being located in the prestigious building Nuovo Armani. I’m very disappointed...
