If you're searching for an exceptional dining experience in Panama, look no further than Os Segredos de Carne. This Brazilian steakhouse is a true standout—offering flavor, elegance, and top-tier hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and welcoming. From start to finish, our visit was nothing short of spectacular, earning it a well-deserved 5 stars.
The concept is all-inclusive, and it delivers far beyond expectations. The moment you're seated, the experience begins with a fresh and abundant salad bar filled with gourmet options—everything from imported cheeses, roasted vegetables, seafood salads, sushi, and authentic Brazilian sides like farofa and pão de queijo. You could make a meal just from the salad bar alone, but don’t make that mistake—you’ll want to save room for what’s coming next.
And then comes the main event: the meat service. One by one, expertly trained servers (called gauchos) come around with sizzling cuts of meat straight from the grill. Filet mignon, picanha, lamb chops, garlic beef, sausages, chicken wrapped in bacon—the variety and quality are simply incredible. Each cut is perfectly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection. You can request your preferred doneness, and the staff is happy to accommodate.
Speaking of staff—the service was phenomenal. Every team member was professional, friendly, and attentive. Our glasses were never empty, our plates were cleared promptly, and everyone genuinely seemed invested in making sure we had a fantastic time. It’s rare to find such seamless service in an all-you-can-eat setting, but Os Segredos de Carne excels.
The ambiance is also worth mentioning. With elegant lighting, a spacious dining area, and a relaxed but upscale vibe, the restaurant is perfect for a date night, a family gathering, or a special celebration.
For anyone in Panama looking to enjoy premium meats, generous portions, and world-class service under one roof—Os Segredos de Carne is a must-visit. Absolutely worth...
Read morePlace is lit!! This was our first time visiting. We have never been to a Brazilian restaurant style all you can eat. We couldn't believe the amount of food you get. So first of all, the atmosphere was muy lively, the wait staff were friendly, professional and kept the meats coming. It seemed like a great place for celebrating birthdays as ever so often songs, clapping and singing would ring out. We learned that to begin you have to flip your card on the table over from red side to green side. ( didn't know that) We received help from an English speaking gentleman who explained everything. Green means go and the meats never stop coming. The chicken was succulent and cooked to perfection. The lamb was so delicious, the ribeye, beef, salmon, hot cinnamon pineapple 🍍 😋 aww my belly was saying no Mas but the smell and looks and taste told me Mas, Mas, Mas. And so it was for 4 adults no drinks for a little over $140. There is an outdoor seating area as well, nice ambiance. There's also an a circular bar with more food, salads, soup, sauces, meats, ect. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND coming here. The attire seemed to be semi casual to dressy. If there were 10 stars this...
Read moreI write this as I lay on my back so full that can not move. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. It took a few minutes to get a table but once we did our server explained the rules of engagement. Service in english and Spanish. Once we sat down the food started coming. The salad bar was great, there was everything you want and then a few extras. The men bringing the meat around never seemed to stop, we eventually had to turn our cards to red to stop the onslaught of perfectly cooked meats. Pork, chicken, fish, some kind of hearts, sausage, pineapple (my favorite), and about 5 or 7 types of beef. The desert table had plenty of choices to make a fat boy like me happy. All the service with given with a smile and genuine happiness, even though it was very busy and right at the end of the closing day. Dont expect the bill to be light, you definitely pay for good service and good food. If I could I would drag the place home with me to anywhere in...
