Food I ordered the "Outside Skirt" cooked medium-rare, accompanied by truffled mashed potatoes. The meat was cooked to perfection, though a touch more sea salt would have elevated it even further. The mashed potatoes were flavorful and well-executed; however, I would have preferred a creamier texture.

Service Unfortunately, the service was mediocre from the start. The waiting time was unreasonably long, especially considering the restaurant was only at 30% capacity. More notably, our waiter showed a clear lack of willingness to accommodate our requests. When I inquired about the possibility of truffled mashed potatoes—despite them not being listed on the menu but noticing truffled fries were available—I received a flat “no” instead of a more courteous “let me check on that for you.” After insisting, the waiter finally asked the chef, and it turned out to be possible. That lack of initiative significantly affected the overall experience. Additionally, the delay in clearing the plates and offering dessert or additional items further demonstrated a lack of attentiveness.

Conclusion and Recommendations While the ambiance and food were commendable, the service fell short of expectations. For a restaurant with premium pricing, the customer experience should reflect a higher standard. I recommend that staff be trained to adopt a more proactive and service-oriented attitude. A simple gesture like checking with the kitchen before declining a request can completely change the guest's perception.
