En mi 1er dia en Chachapoyas de mi tour de 4 dias, encontré este cafe que el hotel me recomendó. Este cafe posee un ambiente acogedor y con una decoración moderna, q no tiene nada q envidiar a esos cafes de ciudades grandes. El mozo muy amable y lo que pedimos delicioso. Brownie con helado, keke de zanahoria que estaba esponjoso y nada seco 😋 tambien nos pedimos 2 tazas de chocolate hechas con pasta de cacao, en lo personal no me gusto, porque tiene un sabor medio ácido/amargo… pero al leer, una buena pasta de cacao puede tener un sabor al combinarlo con la leche… y claro usualmente cuando uno pide un chocolate caliente, son con chocolate q no tiene mucho cacao… en fin, yo les doy un 5/5 ademas que el precio esta muy bien, el volumen de la musica es buena, no molesta al conversar y la ubicación super cerca de la plaza mayor. Creo q ire otro dia para cenar xq tienen tmb platos de fondo incluyendo hamburguesas. Highly recommended! 100% thank you Mana Coffee & Chocolate!

Nice café near the main square of Chachapoyas. Very good coffee and amazing sandwiches — we tried the pan con chicharrón and the yunga bajo. Totally recommended!! Very friendly service as well.

Best coffee that I have tried in Peru. I have tried specialties stores at Lima, Cuzco and Huaraz, and as a coffee lover I felt in love as soon as we tried their coffee. I have to mention that every detail of the restaurant is really well thought and executed. Prices are fair for the quality of the food. I have visited the restaurant various times during my time at Chacha and these are my personal ratings : -Moccachino: 5/5 Cappuccino 5/5 Cafe Maná 3/5 Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows 5/5 Chicken empanada 4/5 Blueberry Cheesecake 5/5 Brownie with ice cream 3/5 De la Selva su Salchipapa...

Service is abysmal. They first confused part of our order, and when asked forgot about replacing it. Service was also slow, and they took so long to attend us that we had to go ourselves to the register in order to pay and leave. Regarding food, hot chocolate was not that great (below average) and actually came cold. Burger was great but doesn’t justify the awful experience. Everything...
