Exceptional service, incredible food, and a fantastic atmosphere, is what Chalana Restaurant has to offer.

First and foremost, the service was impeccable, thanks to Nahomi. Her attentiveness and food recommendations were spot on, elevating our experience from great to unforgettable.

The food? Absolutely exceptional. We tried the Ceviche de Pescado, Chalaca de Conchas, and the Causa de Pulpo, which was an awesome and unexpected surprise. But the real standout was the Causa de Pescado Escabechado—fresh, light, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was an absolute delight, and it’s a dish I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

To top it off, the atmosphere and setting of Chalana are amazing, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal.

Your access is through Hotel Paracas. Just ask any member of staff and they will gladly direct you. Nice cosy restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The price reflects its location. The weather was perfect, the ambiance was lovely, the view was superb. The quality and presentation of the food was unremarkable. Non mi piace mettere recensioni negative ma da un ristorante inserito all'interno di una struttura luxury ci si aspetta sempre il meglio. Penso che questa cena sia stata la peggiore della mia vita. Il ristorante è situato alla fine di una bellissima passerella e non ha posti al chiuso, peccato che ad agosto si muoia dal freddo quindi non capisco per quale motivo non venga chiuso la sera. Infreddoliti abbiamo ordinato 1 sashimi e 1 tempura. Eravamo 6 clienti e abbiamo aspettato più di un ora. Arriva il tempura e lo divido, per fortuna, con la mia ragazza. Dopo aver mangiato i tre pezzi sento qualcosa di strano e chiedo al cameriere quali fossero gli ingredienti utilizzati visto che non era presente un menù e che l'unica indicazioni sui piatti era "Tempura" scritto sulla lavagna. Con mia grossa paura scopro che lo chef ha utilizzato la pesca, ALIMENTO PER IL QUALE SONO ESTREMAMENTE ALLERGICO. Per fortuna me la sono cavata solo con qualche bolla sulle labbra MA È VERGOGNOSO CHE UN RISTORANTE DI QUESTO TIPO NON SEGNALI IN CHIARO GLI INGREDIENTI O NON RICHIEDA AI CLIENTI ALLERGIE O INTOLLERANZE ALIMENTARI.
