Menu of the day is 9 soles and consists of a light soup and a second course - you can chose one of two options for a full plate of food with rice, veggies, etc, and a tea or a juice. The portions are large so you won't leave hungry, and very tasty and healthy. Around lunch time this place is bustling with full table and a steady stream of to-go orders feeding the local workplaces. If you're not a local, you'll likely be the only foreigner in there.

They have a menu as well with nice options in the 9-15 soles price range.

This is a simple eatery, a 15min walk from the main square. You aren't paying(extra) for the ambiance or the location. I ate at the top rated veg restaurants near the main square and while they were also nice - I much more enjoyed my 9 sole lunch than my 30+ sole meals at the tourist spots near the square.

Everything is 5 stars except atmosphere, just a 3, but there are just a handful of 5 star atmosphere places in Cusco. Staff is wonderful, even if you don’t speak Español they’ll help you. The menu is in both English and Spanish, so you’ll be able to point to your selection. Food, OMG!!! Very good, we shared a bowl of each, cream of spinach, and cream of pumpkin. They serve with sema toast and fresh shaved Parmesan cheese. We also shared one of their daily specials, Cau-cau, with a heaping load of rice on the side. They bring you a cup of warm soy milk and fresh Sema bread. For our drinks we each got mixed fruit juices (Jugos) both delicious!! Way too much food and drinks for just the two of us. Great local dishes served up vegetarian and vegan. If you order off the daily menu it's only 9soles comes with salad bar, first and second course....stuffed every time I leave. They also have a large menu with amazing prices. The staff is super nice, the waitress remembered I was Vegan every time and helped me pick items. Ate here several days in a row.
