We made a reservation for a birthday celebration on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised to be given the cozy private room for up to 8.
We ordered quite a bit of food and it was all excellent. I even tried and loved the caracola, which is a local snail dish.
We had some standard staples like gyoza, ebi tempura, ebi furai but the most amazing part of the dinner was the big boat of sushi, maki, and sashimi that landed on our table! This boat took up almost the entire length of our table and would’ve easily fed 10-12 people. Our group of six made a huge dent in the serving but had to take about a dozen pieces home.
The atmosphere felt very authentic as they even had a display stand with the recreation of their dishes just as you would see in Japan.
Service was excellent as our servers never forgot about us in the private room as they would check every 10-15 minutes on us. Overall, a great dining experience that I would recommend, especially for a larger group as long as you make reservations...

The food was still amazing even though it was on the expensive side, but for a true Japanese dish, it is definitely worth the money.
The only downside is the service. We were only 2 tables of clients at that moment, but the waitress was ignoring us and only doing small talk to the other table. It took approximately 15 minutes of us trying to get her attention before another worker came to give us the menu and...
