Great View! Mediocre food & bad service.

Met some friends there the other day. It always looked like a nice place. I was surprised at how on such a beautiful day they only had 3 other tables in my section.

I asked for a burger and Pacifico. The waitress informed me that they were out of Pacifico and proceeded to upsell the Corona.

After roughly 20 minutes, as they didn't seem busy, I checked on my order. They waitress was watching TV while the other waiter and bartender were having lunch.

The burger came out was the equivalent of a 10 dollar frozen burger. Not once in the (total) 30 mi ute wait did the waitress see if we wanted more drinks or refill the cancha.

When I was leaving I informed waiter that but my count they had 20 Pacificos in there refrigerator that was in plain sight. He said: "I know. Who said we didn't? Your waitress?" I said yeah...He shrugged.

There's a gang of Venezuelans doing whatever they please with this restaurant. They act like they own the place they double items in your receipt so double check before you pay. I wonder who would let a crew of loosers ruin this location ( lack of owner supervision and interest). Their catch of the day is not fresh, its frozen from the market, and the other plates are plain as well. With better food and a real chef this location could triple its profits with the right working crew and management. Dont aloud this to continue by consuming there they offer terrible service and its overpriced. Sincerely ...a Peruvian with some world. Blessings...

Pésimo servicio. Llegué a ver un show de impro, pagué mi entrada y consumí una cerveza. Al consumir la cerveza me indican que debo consumir 25 soles. Le digo que no sabía que era por consumo y pagar entrada y luego me dijo que tenía que consumir 25 soles. Entonces todo bien, no estaba solo y sobrado pasábamos la cuenta ya que una cerveza personal está 14 soles. No paso ni 10 min y se acerco el mozo a decirme que, qué más iba a querer pero con una autoridad pre potente y al preguntar YO si alguien quería una cerveza o algo y a lo que el grupo me responde no, yo le digo al mozo que aún no, porque todavía tengo la mitad de la botella y recién llegaba. Este mozo se altera, me dice que la cocina ya va cerrar y que eran 25 soles por persona y que tenia que pagarle por persona si no consumía. QUÉ? CUANDO PASÓ ESO? EN QUÉ MOMENTO ME DIJO? POR PERSONA? ENCIMA DE PAGAR MI ENTRADA Y CONSUMIR POR VOLUNTAD, TENER QUE PAGAR POR ALGO QUE NO AVISARON, POR UN SERVICIO QUE NO COMPRO Y POR UN PRODUCTO QUE NO CONSUMA, ENCIMA CON TONO AMENAZADOR?. Final, le dije que no iba a consumir nada, a lo que me dijo entonces que me tenia que ir. Ok, me iba (no estaba ni 10 min) pero tenía que devolverme mi entrada y de la persona con quien me iba. Se fue, luego vino una flaca y me devolvió la entrada pero no sabía lo que pasaba. Me retire. Eso sí, sin pagar la cerveza, cerveza que no disfrute, que no acabe, apenas por la mitad. Me dijo: llevate la cerveza! Porque me voy a llevar una cerveza que consumí dentro del local y encima que me botan! Bueno, al salir, me acompaña una señora hasta la puerta con tono amenazante y entre dientes insultando. Que clasesitas de personas las que atienden eh! Amenazando hasta que salí del lugar. Siento que fue un regalo el salir de un lugar incomodo, con pésimo servicio y mal trato. Me fui tranquilo porque aprendí que no debo regresar a esa clase de sitios. Asco. No lo...
