Lucio Caffe — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

The most common drink in Peru used to be the “leche con café”. These days when you order it, they give you something that is in between a latte and a cappuccino. Leche con café is neither. But I got what I think it was a latte and that’s not what I ordered.

First time here and I had a great impression. The Caffe has two 2 floors so you can decide where is best for you. The atmosphere is amazing, the music is not so loud so you can talk, there's one part with sofa and another one with chairs, and the lighting, probably my favourite part, is not super candid but still works! He ido varias veces y el servicio es muy lento. Hoy fui con mi perro, pregunté si podía entrar, primero me dijeron que si y luego me señalaron que sólo en las mesas de la entrada ¿? Me gustaría saber si se puede o no. Pedí un capuchino chocolate para llevar, pero no lo mezclaron entonces me tomé todo el capucchino que no sabía a chocolate hasta que ya me lo terminé y sentí todo concetrado al final... deberían mezclarlo ustedes así terminar de preparar lo que ofrecen. Además pregunté por un dulce sin gluten, me dijeron que TODOS los postres tenían gluten, indicando que se hacen con "leche regular". El gluten no viene en la leche, y les comenté que las trufas normalmente NO tienen gluten, pero no sabían qué responder... vi que exhiben "alfajores de maicena" pero no sabían si tenia harina de trigo o no. Para todo esto la chica que me "atendía" estaba contando el dinero de la caja, me respondía sin mirar y su compañera observaba toda la situación. Fue muy incomodo, y finalmente le indicó a su compañera que me atienda y me cobraron. Pagué y me fui, dejo esto comentarios esperando que puedan mejorar la atención e información de su personal.
