The friendliest cafe I have ever visited (and I've visited a lot!). It might not have the variety of coffees like the Starbuck Roastery in Seattle, but it is a great place to learn about coffee and various brewing techniques. Freshest coffee in the world (roasted by the cafe itself). Their coffee is a very light roast (Arabica Variety Bourbon or Bourbon/Caturra blend), from Alto Ihuamaca, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru (grown at 1800 meters). I've never experienced a light roast like this. Using my standard Aeropress technique at home (20 grams beans, medium grind, 200 ml water at 180°F, 2 minutes brewing time), the result was an extremely sour brew. By lengthening the brew time (4-8 minutes), grinding fine, and lowering the temperature to 150°F, I was able to get a less sour brew with a fruity taste and even hints of chocolate. I wish the owner would offer some dark roasts for those of us who prefer a more robust (and less sour) brew. That said, I salute the Milimétrica for a unique and...

Walked in to get an americano to go. My wife ordered a flat white. We showed interest in their beans and the two baristas were very receptive. They let us sample a cold brew blend they were working on and i was immediately pulled into sniffing and buying some beans off them. Grabbed the dark that built the body of my americano as well as one of the mediums that may or may not have gone into the cold brew blend theyd let us sample. Short but sweet experience in here.

Shots pulled are balanced. Temperature is right. Proportion of base was balanced, brings the flavors out. I would believe they may have even pulled a lunggo into the water and a ristretto in the milk drink.

The cold brew we sampled was wonderful and bright, crisp and citrusy.

Would...

„Cinco estrellas“ for a ridiculously rich-in-flavor cappuccino, by far the best tasted so far in Perú. I still need to head over to RAIZ for comparison but this café and its empleados do their job well, very well! The atmosphere is a 4/5, seating and coziness level could be improved. Product and service are outstanding though. I liked their teas, the coffee is as mentioned top-tier and the tomato-mozarella bagel has no competition whatsoever!! I like the name „Milimétrica“ and one can also grab a bag of beans here. Will come back during my final week in Líma to revisit the experience of savoring a...

We went 2 days in a row while visiting Lima and the first time was an explosion of positive feelings, amazing coffee, great vibes and service. But then the next day the coffee wasn’t even hot it was almost like a cold temp and the vibes were off. I guess no coffee shops are perfect but I keep trying. Definitely stop by here if you’re visiting the city and you like quality coffee, just hopefully you won’t catch an “off day” like we did on our second time. OBS: A shoutout to the banana bread and carrot cake that were absolutely divine!

By far the most welcoming and friendly coffee shop we have been to during our stay in Lima. They are a coffee roaster and have a coffeeshop. The machine is a La Marzocco GS and have great coffee grinders from Mahlkonig. The filter is set with a shower system. Leaving no room for mistakes. You can pay by card. Not so much seating it really a small shop with great coffee You can buy bags of coffee, they have their homemade cakes and some special choclates. Music is funky alternativr
