This bar is a must visit. Amongst most noisy restaurants, you can have a nice date or just can have time alone. It is very cozy and breezy. And the staff here are very serious about wine and customers. If you choose a pairing menu, they will try to find a wine until you are satisfied. (But please do not take advantage of this) The foods are good, and the Spanish wine selection is sophisticated and diverse. The staffs are also very polite and does a good job. Most South American cultures do not expect tipping, but Lima is different. However, here, they found a wine that was satisfying enough that it was worth tipping. My trip was too short and I did not have any cash, so I paid the tip with the machine, but seeing the staff's sincerity and passion for their work, I would definitely want to tip in cash.
