Pache Cafetería — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

A little cozy coffeshop with excellent specialty coffee, all above 80 pts, The barista is very knowledgeable and has different brewing techniques available for pour over brew. Also, they have an amazing variety of cold brews and vegan options (curcuma, oatmilk, etc.) In addition to their very standard expresso bar options. They also sell coffee bags, be it ground coffee or in beans, up to 1kg and very cheap (not for peruvian standards tho') All in all it's a miracle it's still a hidden gem in the heart of tourist miraflores. Says it opens at 8:30 and came by around 8:45 and it was fully shut. Came back another time when it was actually open and the girl there didn't say hello and was overall incredibly rude. Not many places to sit and work despite their description about catering to remote workers with 'high speed internet'. I ran speed tests and it came to about 5 GB/s download - that's incredibly slow for a coffee shop. Latte wasn't good at all either.

Delicious coffee, and it comes in a huge cup, but I expected something more from ham and cheese panini. It was pretty small and nothing special in taste.
