Fruzion — Restaurant in Paracas

Food was good and by looking at the menu they seemed to have good variety of options, however we couldnt really understand what we were reading as there was no menu in English even though it seems about 90% of customers dont speak Spanish. It would seem easier to just have some English menus rather than having to explain the menu to every single customer which makes you feel a but rushed deciding as there is a que behind you. We were in Paracas for two days and went to this place 3 times in our stay however only on the last time by overhearing another customer did we realise that there was a 10% Peru Hop discount, though this is probably more the fault of Peru Hop rather than Fruzion. We ordered 2 iced mocha lattes and the fruzion classic burger and the Nutella chocolate banana pancakes. We’ll start with the good; wife said pancakes were fine. The bad our mocha was supposed to be oat milk but I’m pretty sure we got almond milk we asked again at checkout and she read the receipt and said we ordered oat milk but didn’t actually know what we got. We drink oat milk lattes everyday in California and it didn’t taste like oat milk. Fair enough. The biggest disappointment was that the burger patties tasted really weird definitely didn’t taste like beef not only the flavor but the texture it was really dense and dry my wife suggested they may be frozen frozen beef patties but I asked the waitress she said they were fresh. Whatever the case definitely don’t order the burger I ended up taking all the meat out and had a French fry sandwich and gave the meat to a local dog on the street he enjoyed...

I don’t often post reviews but I quite taken aback how poor the welcome/service was here. We walked in and the staff member did not acknowledge our presence, smile or even look us and started cleaning a table whilst we stood awkwardly next to him (all other tables were free and clean apart from one). We then thought perhaps we should just sit down so we did. He then walked away and just went behind the counter and did not come out. We waited another 5 minutes which felt a long time without a menu or even a “hola”. All very bizarre and a lack of such basic customer service. Finally we decided to leave so cannot comment on the food/drink. The couple who were next to us, who had been there longer than us, also left without being served as they then turned up at the same restaurant we went to...
