Finding a good meal at a fair price can be hard in a town that exists entirely for tourists, but Milla Cero exceeded all expectations. We stopped for lunch based on the reviews and had a really great meal with friendly service that felt like it easily justified the prices. Then after walking down the malecon in the evening and getting the unpleasant tourist town hard sell from restaurants that wanted S/10 more for equivalent dishes (some of which we could remember had poor reviews and others where we could see people eating meals that looked less impressive) we returned for dinner and again walked away feeling happy about the choice. The other places have ok food but mostly incompetent or slow service. Waiki, was the only other place with good service, but food was not so good. Their quinoa salad was terrible. Quite the contrary to Milla Cero, their quinoa tabule was awesome! Next time in Paracas will only eat...
