The appearance of the restaurant is appealing however I do have two concerns which is the food and service. I understand that the food in Peru is definitely on the saltier side of things, which I'm not used to but accept. However, the dishes here were saltier than usual that made it difficult to eat. Secondly, the service levels can be much better. I place the issue on the management and not the servers. We were a large group of 13 people and all of our meals arrived at the different times which meant some people finish early and some people finished late. In addition, management did not acknowledge a mistake was made with one of the meals and didn't realize it until we pointed it out at which point they took no responsibility. I also want to clarify that we were the only ones in the restaurant at 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon.
