When I arrived in Peru I knew I had to get some “Peruvian chicken” aka Pollo a La brasa which is basically Peruvian rotisserie chicken. The chicken from La Choza de Oscar is the best I’ve had - seasoned right down to the bone with local herbs and spices, and juicy. A couple of the fries were undercooked but no big deal.
