Connell's Coffee & Cocktail Lounge — Restaurant in Angeles

I just returned to the United States, after a 3 plus week visit to Angeles City. This was my first trip to the Philippines. After a few days of exploring and walking around, my travels brought me by Connell's and I was verbally flagged down by the waitress staff. I was on the hunt for a place to drink and smoke cigars with my friends, who had yet to arrive in the city. The ladies welcomed me in with open arms and sweetness. Over the next 2 plus weeks we dined, had drinks, and smoked cigars for hours, all due to the wonderful staff and atmosphere. It was hands down, one of my favorite places in Angeles City. Can't see anything. Had to use my cell phone to read the menu, eat, ect. No service. After waiting 20 min, got told everything that I was going to order they are out of. Both of the servers were just on their phone ignoring us. We were the only ones there. After our entire table waving their hands at them they finally came over. I like the cocktails in this place. These are not the best cocktails, but for the Philippines this is a good level. The first time I was there there was good music and an experienced waiter. The second time the music was from 2000-2005 (Dr. Dre, 50 cent), I would like there to be just pleasant music in the background of conversations and not rap and the waitress was new, this is not bad but I would like her to learn the menu and features before starting work( for example, she forgot or didn't know...
