I just returned to the United States, after a 3 plus week visit to Angeles City. This was my first trip to the Philippines. After a few days of exploring and walking around, my travels brought me by Connell's and I was verbally flagged down by the waitress staff. I was on the hunt for a place to drink and smoke cigars with my friends, who had yet to arrive in the city. The ladies welcomed me in with open arms and sweetness. Both of the servers were just on their phone ignoring us. We were the only ones there. After our entire table waving their hands at them they finally came over.
