McDonald's Mcarthur Field — Restaurant in Angeles

Hi folks. So. I needed a burger, but out of the excitement center, that is Bilibago. Angeles City offers as much or as little hustle as you choose.

I needed a quick bite. Mickey Ds is as quick as one can imagine. Took a trike with my brother, then had to switch to a taxi because trikes can't use the roadway crossing over.

Self-serve only is why I dropped service to a single star. I do appreciate self-serve kiosks for those who prefer it, but I do not like being forced to work for McDonald's as an unpaid cashier. I give you money, you give me food. I did not get assistance from Ronald earning my money. Do not try to employ me without paying me. Businesses that do this lose my business forever.

I also dropped the rating on the atmosphere because that attitude of any business of cutting human jobs, replacing them with customers doing that job for free, is a part of the corporate ethos, thus the atmosphere.

Here stateside, I gave up on McDonald's years ago. The meat is pink slime, not beef. The patties are super thin, super tiny. The sandwich is 70% bread, 25% meatstuff, 5% sauce, and veggies. A burger is supposed to be about beef first and foremost.

Mickey Ds used to be where you knew you were getting the gold standard French fries 🍟. No more. I'm not even sure they are made with potatoes anymore.

I ate. ❤️ That part will never escape me. This is a first world reviewer. The level of entitlement that comes with rating a meal can never be overlooked. In the end, my belly had sustenance within. I ate. In this economy, that alone is 5 stars, and I am grateful.

We dine today at McDonald's McArthur Field Angeles Pampangga And it was horrible experience in aspect of service and food. My complain is about the service and promo itself. We order the new food promo in Mcdo app which contains 2 curry fillet it was average and not hot looks like it was stock items but the most alarming was the staff itself. We are aware of the new points system of mcdo in which we need to. Earn it by ordering and we can accumulate points for redeeming item. in my experience here in this store. We already redeem the items and the staff said that we just need to wait until the order number is called. We wait and our food is finished but still the number is not yet called. We wait about 20-30 mins just for that fries and to be honest there is not customer orders left and im wondering why the number or not yet order. When i ask and follow up they are shock that i have that order and the staff are gathering to have discussion. Just for that free fries they think they have the rights to make me wait because its free but we earn the points through buying foods at the store so its our right. Im really disappointed with the store i hope if you don't want this promos don't bother to implement it specially with rude staff not even bother to say sorry that we wait for 30 mins for that fries not ever gonna comeback to that store. Placed delivery order 16 Sept. at 4:06 pm; expected delivery 4:19 to 4:29 pm ... at 4:49 pm shows order being prepared! Unacceptable long wait; tried to cancel, but McDonald's app says can not cancel order due to being prepared. I continued to wait till 5:03 pm when the delivery arrived; 57 minutes after I placed the order and 34 minutes after expected delivery time. Presented driver with 1,000 peso for 779 peso order; driver states I have no change, I pointed out on McDonald's app I listed the 1,000 peso needing change. I also showed my order time of 4:06 pm; delivery driver said not my problem, I refused the order advising the driver to tell McDonald's.
