Greenoz is always my go-to pizza when I crave one, especially a thin crunchy crust. Though the quality isn't as good as in the past, the supremo still gives a nostalgic hit and it still satisfies. I'd still get it when craving comes. However, I'd always order takeouts and it's always just pizza. So when I dined in, I decided to order pasta for the FIRST TIME to pair with their supremo and man was I so disappointed. The bolognese was served first, and at first glance it already looked sad. Pasta obviously didn't have the gloss ā it was mushy looking like it just came out of the freezer. I thought to not judge the book by its cover. So I gave it a shot. It's ambient temperature! I had a couple of tries to make myself believe that it's still edible. But nah. We gave up and left it over and just enjoyed the freshly made supremo instead.
I understand that it might be because we came in dead hours of the operation, and if so, I hope that the staff are trained that if they think the food that's ordered does not seem to be of quality, just tell the customers that it's unavailable instead of forcing themselves to still serve it despite the bad quality. I asked them if it's usually served at an ambient temperature, I didn't get a yes or no answer but instead a question was returned "ay bugnaw sir?". Although I appreciate them offering to microwave it, but at that point, it seemed pointless due to the quality of the pasta.
Also, please provide each dining customer at least a saucer for eating their pizza.
TLDR: Pizza is great as always, freshly made, perfect thin crunchy crust. Bolognese pasta was a huge disappointment. No idea why they still decided to serve it. 1 star for the pasta, 2nd star saved by the Pizza. Could have been an easy 5 if we weren't...

As a European I thought I get comparable food , but that wasn't even close!! The service sucked but the price matched the negative. So all in all I can't honestly recommend this place until it improves in so many ways!....and please take the Swiss out of the name until you have at least tried a real...
