Lord Byron's BackRibs Bacolod — Restaurant in Bacolod

Very very disappointed with this branch. I ordered via foodpanda several servings of their signature Backribs. Upon opening one of those orders, the meat(pork) was BARELY cooked. Literally a graying-white pale color. Not the white color indicating it is cooked. I called the branch to formally complain and the reply I got was "it is cooked." How was it cooked because I had to cook the backribs again. Also, I asked for their solution and all they said was "to return at their branch." The fact of the matter is, we are no in a pandemic that is why I chose to order via foodpanda. To make matters worst, I said "if this is how you handle it, I don't think I can order in your branch and I got was "okay then don't order." I hope the owner sees this and properly orient their staff into handling this matter. Moreover, the person I was speaking with insisted it was cooked when that particularly order was completely different than the others (not to mention I am aware what is cooked or not. Had lunch at Lord Byron's and it was a delightful experience!

The backribs are their bestseller and it's clear why – they're absolutely delicious, offer a generous portion for the price, and come with rice and atsara. It's a dish that truly speaks for itself.

The sisig was okay; it's your typical fare, nothing out of the ordinary. Note that rice isn't included and there's an additional charge if you want an egg on top.

The service was very good – attentive and prompt without being intrusive.

As for the ambiance, the place is relaxing with a well-curated selection of background music that enhances the dining experience.

A heads-up for drivers, there's no dedicated parking space and the street parking can get crowded.

Despite the parking situation, I'll definitely be returning. It was a good experience overall and the food...

The place is beautiful and provides enough privacy for a sweet get together or a date.

The food of course, is excellent and the serving is more than enough for me.

The price is cheaper compared to other backribs that I've tried. 50 pesos cheaper, to be exact. I'm going to bring all my friends here and have them try the backribs.
