Shakey's SM Bacolod — Restaurant in Bacolod

I ordered a pizza here at 6pm and when they called to confirm it was around 6.20pm and they said delivery will take 2 hours. I told them why is that , in that i travel almost the same direction everyday and always clocked at google maps for 22 minutes, 30 minutes on a very bad day. Personally I thought 1 hour would be reasonable....but 120 minutes???? Eventually I agreed but they messed up with the total. . I proved them wrong since I received an email confirmation of my order. Got so tired of wasting my time and decided to cancel it. Only reason it even received one star is at least the lady i was talking to was courteous and honest enough to tell me that it will...

This branch has long waiting hours specially during lunch. Not recommendable for someone who has limited time during lunch break. I like how organize they are in accommodating customers from waiting area, getting your order and setting you down in their tables, but it’s time consuming. You can see a long line waiting outside while there are many vacant tables inside (took them so long to clean). Waiting for the food is insane! Specially when you are starving! Even though you already ordered your food in the waiting area, it will take them about 20-30 mins for your food to be served. Billing you out will also take 10mins of your time.

I must say that Shakey's has a menu that doesn't show what they are selling. How about an ice cream sundae. We don't do that, but you can get a scoop of ice cream. How about a root beer float. No we can't do that either. Robertson Mall Shakey's said the same thing. So, that's why we went to the one at SM Bacolod Mall. The Shakey's meat with mushrooms pizza looked so good with so many toppings. It came up missing the mushrooms and not as much as their menu photo showed.
